Indian Accent at The Manor is happy to unfold its ‘Winter Menu’.

Indian Accent’s new winter menu has some offbeat and experimental delicacies on offer, perfectly handcrafted to warm your souls this season.

Executive Chef Manish Mehrotra has crafted the new recipes knitting the global ingredients and techniques with the flavours and traditions of India. Using the same seasonal favourites, some of the new additions in the Winter Menu include:

    –          Baked egg keema ghotala, batata fry, butter broon pao

    –          Duck tawa khurchan, mattar makhana malai

    –          Kashmiri morel musallum, crushed roast walnut, parmesan papad

    –          Makkai pink pepper flat bread, sarson saag drizzle, butter & feta crumbs

    –          Slow cooked baby lamb shank, california prune and mulberry korma

And of course some of the old favorites still find place in the menu including the much talked about Foie gras stuffed galawat, strawberry green chilli chutney. The new menu is a refreshing treat for all those who crave for good food with a difference.
