The Navratra Meal at Indian Accent.
This 3 Course fine dining experience is not only for the people who are fasting but for all who have a taste for good Indian food with a difference. Some of the authentic delicacies done in Indian Accent style include: Masala Arbi Satay Peanut Nariyal Chutney, Paneer Plaintain Kofta Squash Curry Sauce, Kadhai Sitaphal Thai Holy Basil, Chronji Dal Saffron Infusion, Kuttu And Potato Rosti Homemade Butter, Mewa Makhana Kheer Brulee Charnamrit Shots and more…The Indian Accent Navratra Meal has been crafted with a unique marriage of global ingredients and techniques with the flavours and traditions of India. Yulia Kisel, Restaurant Manager, Indian Accent says, “At Indian Accent, we believe in presenting the best of India in the form of its colourful festivals. After Basant & Holi, we now bring to you Navratras with a specially crafted traditional yet modern Indian meal, which is a treat for people who are fasting as well as who are not.”Chef Manish Mehrotra, Executive Chef – pan Asian cuisine, Indian Accent adds “We introduced the 3 course Indian Accent Navratra Meal last year which was received very well by our diners. Available from March 16 – 23, 2010 during lunch and dinner hours, the meal is priced at Rs. 850 + taxes per person.
The highlight of the celebrations shall be the Fusion Saturday on the 20th of March, 8:30pm onwards – a fusion of modern Indian cuisine with contemporary music. Indian Accent’s in-house DJ and an Indian classical vocalist shall be jamming spontaneously to create a fusion of world electronica with Indian ragas.
