THREE-COURSE MEAL
Chef Manish Malhotra has put together a three-course fine dining menu that marries global ingredients with Indian flavours. On offer are dishes such Masala Arbi Satay with Peanut Nariyal Chutney, Paneer Plaintain Kofta Squash Curry Sauce, Kadhai Sitaphal Thai Holy Basil, Chironji Dal Saffron Infusion, Kuttu And Potato Rosti, Mew Makhana Kheer Brulee and Charnamrit Shots. Pep up your Navratri meal as the restaurant’s in-house DJ and an Indian classical vocalist jam together on March 20, 8.30 pm onwards.
